Product Overview

Small tuyere lining and middle tuyere lining are core protective components for blast furnace tuyere devices, directly determining the service life of tuyeres and the stable operation of blast furnaces. These components provide comprehensive protection against high temperature, molten iron, slag erosion, and coal powder scouring.

Small Tuyere Lining

Installed on the inner wall of the small tuyere sleeve (front end extending into the furnace), it directly faces harsh working environments including continuous high temperatures of 1600–2000°C, molten iron splashing, coal powder scouring, and slag erosion. Its primary function is to protect the copper small sleeve body from melting and cracking.

Middle Tuyere Lining

Installed on the inner wall of the middle tuyere sleeve (connecting section between small and large sleeves), it withstands high-temperature hot air, coal powder airflow scouring, and thermal stress impact. This component supports the overall tuyere structure and effectively reduces heat loss.
