Product Description
Grate Bar is the core vulnerable component of a cement clinker grate cooler. It is mainly used to support high-temperature clinker (800-1400°C), realize clinker transportation through reciprocating motion, and ensure uniform cooling air to quickly cool clinker and recover waste heat .
Core Functions
1. Load-bearing & Support :Bears the weight of high-temperature clinker, withstands severe impact and thermal shock .
2. Air Distribution & Cooling :The gaps between grate bars allow cooling air to pass through, rapidly reducing clinker temperature from over 1300°C to below 100°C .
3. Clinker Conveyance :Cooperates with fixed and moving grate bars to push clinker move forward step by step .
