Background: The mill, to which the end cover belongs, was purchased by the owner of the cement plant from a European manufacturer. After complex technical reviews and evaluations at an early stage, CDI put forward proposals for improvement based on the problems encountered with the original end cover and made optimizations during production of the new end cover. The diameter of the end cover is 10140mm, and the wall thickness of the large area is 105mm. The production is difficult. CDI strictly controls the product quality during the production process and successfully completes the delivery.
